Must-have
12+ years spacecraft systems experience
5+ years leadership in test engineering
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Environmental test planning expertise
Cross-functional team leadership skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree preferred
Experience with TVAC and vibration testing
Strong written and verbal communication
Budget planning and resource allocation
Passion for national security missions
