Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the site team responsible for Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) initiatives to meet and exceed site and company goals.
You will create a culture of EHSS excellence by serving as the Subject Matter Expert on regulations and driving associate engagement through the SAFE-Together program.
This position requires managing daily operations, budgets, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and other local and federal regulations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years manufacturing experience
6+ years team leadership
EHSS regulatory compliance knowledge
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation
FDA regulations understanding
Strategic EHSS planning and execution
Nice-to-have
CSP or CIH certification preferred
Emotional intelligence awareness
First Aid, CPR, and AED certified
Experience with laser and radiation safety
Positive can-do attitude
Collaborative cross-functional partnership
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in EHSS, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in manufacturing environment
6+ years of team leadership experience
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, IATA, HSA, Mexican NOMs
Implementation experience with ISO 13485 certifications
