This role leads the commercial and contractual management for Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utility projects from feasibility to final account closure.
The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle including tendering, cost value reconciliations, and variation order assessments.
Candidates must ensure all commercial activities comply with Singapore's Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years QS experience in M&E sector
Proficiency in BIM tools Glodon or Cubicost
Deep knowledge of Singapore SOP Act
Experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery
Ability to perform detailed M&E take-offs
Nice-to-have
Prior data center or cleanroom project experience
Membership in SISV or RICS preferred
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen skills
Mentorship capabilities for junior Quantity Surveyors
Key Requirements
