  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to accelerate category growth and strengthen ACUVUE® leadership in Premium Daily Disposable, Toric, and Multifocal segments.
  • Lead ATL and digital campaigns by collaborating closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful and insight-led brand communications.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team (3 direct reports) to build a strong marketing organization grounded in data, creativity, and execution rigor.
