Job Summary

  • This role will include caring for patients who are post operative Cardiothoracic surgery cases, post operative Cardiovascular surgery patients as well as post procedure Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology patients.
  • This role includes practice in a primarily decentralized model with a high level of autonomy, serving as a medication experts for cardiovascular subspecialties and managing highly complex patient populations.
  • A caregiver in this role will work Monday - Friday 11:30am-8pm, no weekends, no overnight and only one major holiday per year.

Key Requirements

  • PharmD or BS Pharmacy
  • Current state licensure as RPh
  • PGY2 residency or fellowship
  • PGY1 residency plus 2 years experience
  • 4 years specialty experience
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS or PALS certification
