Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years critical power systems experience
2+ years leadership in field service
Technical knowledge of UPS generators PDUs batteries
Knowledge of NFPA ANSI OSHA standards
Project management and client relationship skills
Nice-to-have
NETA IEEE or manufacturer certifications
Experience in mission-critical environments
Data center hospital or industrial facility background
Continuous improvement culture mindset
Strong technical support and services expertise
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience in critical power systems
At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership qualities
