  • The role partners with the learning and operations team to create an effortless, personal, and connected onboarding and training experience for medical staff.
  • Training Coaches are responsible for executing practical skills training using a competency-based model to foster growth and socialization of new or existing team members.
  • The position requires providing direct support to Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through tasks including patient registration, vital signs intake, and point-of-care testing.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of Medical Assistant Program OR 2+ years experience
  • Active MA Certification (ARMA, CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or Nursing license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire
  • CPOE certification within 2 weeks if no MA cert held
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
