Training Coaches are responsible for executing practical skills training using a competency-based model to foster growth and socialization of new or existing team members.
The position requires providing direct support to Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through tasks including patient registration, vital signs intake, and point-of-care testing.

Key Requirements
Graduate of Medical Assistant Program OR 2+ years experience
Active MA Certification (ARMA, CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or Nursing license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire
CPOE certification within 2 weeks if no MA cert held
