Job Summary

  • The Technical Lead provides senior leadership within the Engineering team related to Data Analytics and Management and is accountable for technical oversight across the Data Analytics and Enabling Tools sub function reporting to the Chief Engineer.
  • The Technical Lead works closely with Clinical and Business Operations subject matter experts to ensure alignment of underlying technical system components with clinical business process and workflows.
  • This highly visible program modernized Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of War (DoW) , supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide.

Key Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen with ACTIVE ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree with 10–13 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within federal healthcare or MHS environments
  • Prior experience supporting DHA, DHMSM, DoW , VA, or MHS GENESIS programs
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) product suites
  • Proven ability to lead and integrate multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience facilitating data analysis and design sessions
  • Strong executive communication skills
