12 years facilities experience
7 years commercial high-rise portfolio
3 years senior facilities manager role
CMMS operation and reporting proficiency
Vendor management and contract negotiation
Financial planning and compliance oversight
Nice-to-have
RPA, CFM, FMA or LEED O&M certifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive risk identification and remediation
Ability to foster team ownership culture
Experience with capital asset requests
Key Requirements
4-year college degree required
Minimum 12 years total facilities experience
Minimum 7 years in commercial high-rise or campus environment
