The Assistant Director, Portfolio Management plays a critical role in overseeing the governance, compliance, and performance of NTUitive’s portfolio of spin-offs and startups.
Responsibilities include ensuring portfolio companies comply with legal and financial obligations, maintaining accurate records, and acting as the primary liaison with portfolio companies and internal stakeholders.
The role supports access to funding and growth opportunities, contributes to new technology transfer initiatives, and provides executive support to the Associate Vice President (Technology Transfer).
