Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards.
  • Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, assisting in providing good communication, and participating in community planning related to the facility and resident needs.
  • Responsibilities also involve assisting in developing monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and participating in discharge planning and resident assessments.
