Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or Human Services
  • More than two years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in intake, triage, or supporting high-risk clients
  • Demonstrated understanding of practice frameworks for interpersonal trauma
  • Demonstrated experience with diverse communities
  • Confident computer and telephone multitasking skills
  • Strong computer literacy and typing speed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience with stakeholder relationships
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Valid (P) BlueCard and photo ID
  • Availability and commitment to complete onboarding training
