Job Summary
Serves as an application specialist in Mining Technology industry, leveraging knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness.
Supports new implementations for MineStar Fleet and supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development, market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement.
Drive customer recognition of product feature value, support customers with product application expertise, and consult with sites on basic features and processes to support mining technology.
