Job Summary
Research requests for assistance and recommend software solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs.
Provide project management for project tasks or small-sized projects, including project planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation and issue management.
Serve as an escalation point for production support, capture/communicate problem metrics, identify and research problem trends, and assist other Analysts with resolving process and application issues.
