Float Division nurses receive a bonus of 25% for regular, worked hours floating to different areas, and are offered various courses including Cardiac Dysrhythmia, Chemotherapy, and Critical Care.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing
Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
Current Valid RN License
Two (2) years of RN experience
Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
