  • The Skilled Tradesman-STW-HVAC is responsible for performing skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities.
  • This position requires formal education or training equivalent to a high school diploma, completion of required HVAC education or trade school training with the required license, and EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Technician Certification.
