Lead complex frontend initiatives that span multiple teams and services, partnering closely with Backend and Platform teams on API design and system boundaries.
Mentor and guide engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical mentorship, while identifying systemic frontend bottlenecks and driving improvements.
