Effectively monitor and maintain the bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, whilst minimising disruption to operations.
Manage multiple Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop/VDI Site/Tenents (monitoring, housekeeping, changing, app releasing and many other BAU tasks) and developing and integrating of key technology solutions.
