Job Summary
Provide technical support to customers across Mexico and Central America in the Confectionary Category and successfully apply high performing functional ingredients to new and existing customer portfolios.
Be hands on for the full product development lifecycle – from understanding client needs, reviewing process and formulations, making recommendations, developing solutions, carrying out trials, presenting findings, and moving from pilot plant to launch.
Collaborate with commercial, Marketing, and scientific colleagues to develop and execute technical strategies that will drive growth for the food solutions business.
