Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in U.S. Leave and Disability Management
  • 5+ years case management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and municipal leave legislation
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Certification in HR, Wellness, or Disability Management preferred
  • Post-secondary degree or 5 years Disability Management experience
