  • Lead the data strategy, management, and operations for the current portfolio and future launches of patient support programs.
  • Own the overall sourcing, acquisition, management and operations of patient data from the hub and patient support programs, along with specialty pharmacy data.
  • Ensure that data vendors align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by ensuring data quality, timely delivery, errors reported, time to resolution to data inquiries, account services etc.
