Job Summary

  • The Administrative Specialist III reports to the Executive Director of Business and Industry Center and is responsible for receptionist and clerical duties, coordinating office activities, preparing special reports, maintaining class files, performing general purchasing and human resource duties, maintaining schedules, calendars, and rental agreements, overseeing the inventory and M&R process, and developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
  • This position requires excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, dependability, reliability, punctuality, confidentiality, accuracy, independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
