Job Summary

  • Support the National Director in ensuring effective security measures for National Office programs and mitigating operational risks for ministry effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement the National Office security strategy, conduct Security Risk Assessments, and ensure Core Security Requirements are implemented.
  • Coordinate capacity building for security management, monitor staff compliance, and conduct security training.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least three (3) years' experience in a proven security field
  • Minimum (2) years' experience with UN Agency / NGO plus field security
  • Radio and/or Satellite phone communications experience
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • First Aid qualified
  • Valid Passport and Driver's License
  • Completed current HEAT/SRMT training
