  • The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the Sales and Marketing functions in the development and execution of Brand and Channel strategies to deliver the annual operating plan through the maximization of sales and market share for the Vision Care franchise within Hong Kong.
  • Build external engagement and ECP advocacy via expert coordination of Professional Education, Medical Affairs and Marketing functions.
  • Responsible for the effective leadership, management and coaching of direct reports.
