Base: $159,200 - $301,600 annually depending on location; New York range $208,300 - $301,600; Illinois/Massachusetts range $178,600 - $258,700; Short-term incentives in form of Annual Incentive Plan; Eligible for new hire equity award

  • Deep proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Experience building apps, integrations, and plugins
  • Ability to author MOGRT templates and scripts
  • Fluency in Firefly Services and Workflow Builder
  • Strong API integration and debugging skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ExtendScript, UXP, or CEP panels
  • Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
  • Knowledge of Frame.io, AEM, Workfront, App Builder
