Job Summary
Lead the delivery of IT due diligence, IT post-merger integration and IT separation/carve-out assignments from inception to completion including project management and report writing.
Provide IT industry knowledge and thought leadership on relevant topics such as enterprise IT infrastructure, application migration, cybersecurity and digital and analytics.
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team.
