Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT
4+ years experience as BSA
Strong knowledge of Meetings and Events industry
Experience with Agile methodologies
Willingness to work 2nd shifts (3 PM IST)
Ability to work from Bangalore office 3 days/week
Nice-to-have
Background in Financial and accounting concepts
Proficiency with SQL, web development, and API concepts
Knowledge of ERP systems
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
