Job Summary

  • This position administers the daily affairs of the Wildlife Management Division Wildlife Diversity Program and directs six professional biologists.
  • The role is critical to accomplishing the Commission's goals of conserving fish and wildlife habitats and protecting nongame populations in western North Carolina.
  • The incumbent must reside within North Carolina's mountain region and will work a Monday–Friday schedule with frequent travel requirements.
