Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
5+ years in assembly equipment design/procurement
Tooling design and SolidWorks experience preferred
Strong project management skills
Problem-solving skills
Statistical analysis (SPC) skills
FMEA skills
GMP, ISO, Lean, and FDA-regulated environment experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Lead full lifecycle projects
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
