You will manage preventative and corrective maintenance databases to efficiently handle work order and ticket requests while providing supervision during ad-hoc works to ensure high-quality workmanship.
This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by coordinating day-to-day operations of all facilities management engineering related services, serving as liaison between property owners, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
