Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for reviewing interdisciplinary assessments and ensuring compliance with Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) regulations.
  • Candidates will chair the restorative committee, coordinate bed entrapment prevention programs, and provide education to staff and residents regarding restorative goals.
