Job Summary
Primarily responsible for ensuring we follow our company's HACCP plan and monitoring HACCP CCP’s at the specified frequency.
Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal regulations.
Communicate with Production & QA Team Members regarding any deviations and assist Production with day to day problems to reach workable solutions.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hatchery or poultry industry experience
