Job Summary

  • Gong harnesses the power of AI to transform how revenue teams win, offering a Revenue AI Operating System that unifies data, insights, and workflows.
  • This role reports to the Senior Director of Fin RevOps and partners closely with Sales, Legal, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Systems teams to help deals move faster and more predictably.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, or Sales Operations in SaaS
  • 4+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise and global sales motions
  • Strong command of pricing, discounting, commercial governance, contract risk management, billing, and revenue recognition
  • Deep familiarity with CPQ, CLM, and CRM (SFDC)
