Job Summary
You will lead efforts to maintain and improve product quality, collaborate with overseas teams, and communicate technically in English.
Responsibilities include inspection of raw materials, in-process quality checks, final product inspections, identifying causes of nonconformances, and establishing/improving QC processes.
The role also involves receiving, analyzing, and investigating customer quality complaints, formulating corrective actions, and maintaining/improving quality systems based on QMS (ISO 9001/22301/14001/45001).

Key Requirements
Experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing
Experience handling customer complaints
Experience operating a QMS compliant with ISO 9001 or similar
Knowledge and practical experience in statistical quality control (SPC, etc.)
Driver's license required for commuting
At least 3 years of quality-related experience in manufacturing
Business level English reading/writing
Listening/speaking ability for regular communication with overseas teams
Ability to provide simple explanations in English meetings
