Job Summary
The Provider is responsible for the diagnostic evaluation, management, and therapeutic health care of primary care patients in our Reno Clinic location as well as patients residing in assisted living communities, and residential care homes.
The Provider is responsible for the annual comprehensive health assessments in accordance with health plan partners and Medicare guidelines, which may be done in the clinic or residential setting.
