The purpose of this role is to support the resource management team with managing supply and demand across the Dentsu Creative Service Line.
Key Responsibilities include partnering with Resource Managers in bi-weekly resourcing meetings, updating allocation tools, submitting CRERs, and leading the non-perm employee process.
The role requires an advanced/fluent English level due to collaboration with the US and Canada market.
