Job Summary

  • The Shared Services Analyst ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial and administrative transactions for multiple departments across the School of Medicine.
  • This role combines auditing incoming requests for compliance with the latest UW and SoM policies and guidance, interpreting policies, initiating and reviewing transactions, and providing advisory support to client units.
  • The Integrated Resources - Finance team was established to standardize financial processes to ensure compliance, drive efficiency and effectiveness, and deliver high-quality, reliable financial services.
