Job Summary

• Assist the Clinical Research Support Laboratory by providing operational support across key areas including preparing for research collections and performing basic laboratory workflows.
• Transport lab supplies and biological specimens throughout the Yale Medical School and Smilow Cancer Hospital, interacting with clinical staff to ascertain information.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations teams to ensure appropriate research lab support of scheduled research participants.

Key Requirements

• Six years related work experience; or Associate's degree and four years related work experience; or Bachelor's degree and little/no work experience
• Ability to extract and compile data

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform barcoding
• Familiarity with medical laboratory terminology
• Experience working in a laboratory setting
