Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, sick days, 7 paid holidays
