Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 functional support for SCM incidents and recurring issues, performing functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.
Support manufacturing operations including batch-based production, BOM/formula management, and production orders, as well as warehouse and inventory management with lot and batch tracking.
Ensure alignment with GxP / GMP compliance and controlled change processes, maintaining functional documentation and contributing to incident reduction year over year.
