Must-have

  • PCBA manufacturing engineering experience
  • SMT process expertise including reflow profiling
  • DFM and DFT principles application
  • OrCAD or Mentor Graphics/PADS proficiency
  • IPC standards knowledge for PCBA
  • Vendor management for contract manufacturers

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering degree

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
  • 8+ years experience in PCBA manufacturing or test engineering
