Salary
Base: $15.00 - $26.65 hourly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Wellness Programs, 401(K) with company match, Paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Order processing via management system
Cash register operation and cash handling
Merchandise restocking and staging
Maintain store appearance and merchandising
Adherence to safety regulations and PPE usage
Nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing products

Key Requirements
1-3 years experience preferred
Valid state issued license required
Must be at least 18 years old
General computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
