Job Summary

  • Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards.
  • We’re looking for team members who are available to work flexible shifts of at least 4.5 hours across both day and evening hours.

Salary

Hourly Pay: $22.00/hour; Sign-On Bonus (External Candidates Only): $1,000 for non-licensed instructors or $2,000 for licensed Ohio Driving Instructors; Benefits: Paid Licensing & Training, Growth & Advancement Opportunities

  • Successfully complete drug screening
