Key Requirements
Bachelor in computer science, engineering, information systems or similar degree
Some years of experience in IT industry
Experience supporting enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP, or ETRMs
Experience using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Experience using DevOps technologies (ADO, Ansible, Artifactory, Jenkins, GIT)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong Communications skills and a high ‘EQ’
Familiarity with Windows Server configurations
Experience in Change, Incident and Problem management tools
