  • The Regional Health Systems Medical Affairs Director (RHS MAD) is a therapeutic, disease, population health and health systems expert who develops on-going professional relationships with healthcare decision makers within a regional territory across key payer and provider organizations.
  • The salary range for this role is $190,800.00 - $300,300.00; The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; Available benefits include medical, dental, vision healthcare and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, including 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years in a field-based medical affairs role
  • Five years as a decision maker in the payer or integrated delivery system space
  • Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
  • Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine
  • Thorough understanding of the FDA, OIG, HIPAA
