Provide advanced Workday processing guidance, enter basic and complex transactions, and support requests from recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal customers.
Work closely with investigators from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and other agencies, requiring a high degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.
