Job Summary

  • The Global Partner Organization (GPO) is a cornerstone of Workday’s growth strategy, with the Partner ecosystem being a key pillar of our success.
  • You will own the end-to-end GSI motion in your territory: building and executing annual plans per GSI, aligning “big bets” and strategic accounts, driving pipeline and revenue impact, and ensuring strong enablement and governance.
  • You are a strategic, structured Partner Manager who can move seamlessly between planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in Partner Management
  • Significant experience collaborating with or within GSIs
  • Proven track record of building and executing multi-country, multi-stakeholder partner plans
  • Demonstrated experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Fluent in English
