Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will support the line manager in defining, developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring policies, procedures, manuals, and best practices across Engineering and/or Maintenance systems throughout the network.
  • Provides weekly and monthly reports for management team for the workload analysis and Ground Time utilization effectives.
  • Provides direction, coaching and guidance to team members for their career and professional development.

Key Requirements

  • 7-8 years experience in Maintenance planning
  • 2 years senior/supervisory role
  • Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Human Factor and Safety training certificates
  • Aircraft General Familiarization training
  • Experience with CAMO
  • Experience with Airbus 320 aircraft highly desirable
