Job Summary

  • Drive product development to achieve quality experience for Eagle Eye by implementing product making engineering activities like detailed design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification of processes and parts, sub-assembly, and the entire system itself.
  • Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to a sustainable & predictable, high rate manufacturing process and supply chain.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Define and improve required documentation and activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
  • Experience in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Quality
  • Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing processes
  • Strong ownership mindset
  • Analytical skills for data mining and statistical analysis
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance
