Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Designs and executes marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the community, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs.
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.

Base: $21.00 - $23.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus programs; Benefits: Employee Assistance Program, Paid sick time
